At Adure Aesthetics, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 15-day return and refund policy from the date you receive your products.
Please note: Products that have been used or opened cannot be returned or refunded.
We will return or refund any product that is damaged or faulty, under the following conditions:
- Product must be in its original condition.
- Product must be unopened and unused.
- Product must be sent back within 15 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
How to Return a Product
- Take clear photos of the damaged or faulty product.
- Email us at email@adure.com with your order number and details.
- Send the product back in its original sealed packaging to our address.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued using the same method you used to make the purchase, or another agreed method.
Exchange Policy
We will exchange any product if the wrong item was delivered, under the following conditions:
- Product must be in its original condition.
- Product must be unopened and unused.
- Product must be returned within 15 days.
How to Exchange a Product
- Email us at email@adure.com with your order number and details of the received product.
- Send the product back in its original sealed packaging to our address.
- Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the correct item.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products that have been used or opened.
- Items with damaged packaging caused by the customer.
- Sale products or gift cards.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellation depends on whether the order has been dispatched.

- If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
